Pre-doctoral Internships in Professional Psychology

Training Program: Application

To apply, send the following information:

  • completed 2007-2008 AAPI. This may be downloaded from the APPIC website. Our site number is 138211.
  • Academic Program's Verification of Internship Eligibility and Readiness, signed by your Director of Training
  • a current vita
  • unofficial transcripts of all graduate work. If you are matched with us, we will require official transcripts.
  • three letters of recommendation, preferably one from your major advisor and two from other people with direct knowledge of your supervised practicum experiences. If more than 3 letters are sent, only the first 3 received will be used in the evaluation of your application.

Note: In order to participate in the APPIC computer match, you must submit an applicant agreement form.

The application deadline for the 2008-2009 internship is Monday, November 12, 2007. Original hard copies of all materials, including letters of reference, are due by the deadline. Please note: First class mail is routed through the university and takes up to 5 days longer to reach its destination. If you have any concern about your application arriving by the deadline, I would encourage you to consider using 2 day air or overnight mail.
